A project to produce phosphorus trichloride by circulation reaction technology using phosphorus trichloride and oxygen as raw materials, led by professor Long Fei of Shenyang Research Institute of Chemical Industry, has passed the achievement appraisal organized by the Science and Technology Department of Liaoning Province.
Experts believe that compared with the traditional reactor reaction technology, the circulation reaction technology to produce phosphorus oxychloride technology innovation lies in: the reaction time is shortened by 1/5, improve the product quality; Raw material phosphorus trichloride per unit consumption decreased by 7.5%, oxygen consumption decreased by 56%; The product distillation process is eliminated and energy consumption is saved. The production process realizes zero emission of "three wastes".
At present, the 10,000-ton automatic control device constructed by this technology has been running stably for one year and has obtained remarkable economic and environmental benefits.
